Linus Singelman to step down as CEO of Myntro

Linus Singelman has informed the Board that he has decided to step down as CEO of the Myntro Group. The decision follows a period of leading the organization since the beginning of 2024.

“After these eventful years, I have concluded that this is the right time for me to hand over responsibility and move on to the next chapter. I am very proud of what we have achieved together and have great confidence in the company’s continued development across our 10 markets. We have undergone a major transformation and today operate a highly efficient platform as the market’s first specialized debt restructurer with a banking license, supported by a strong leadership team that is ready to take the next step in the company’s development journey,” says Linus.

Linus will remain in his role for the immediate future and support an orderly transition. The Board will immediately initiate the recruitment process for his successor and will provide further information in due course.

“We respect Linus’ decision and would like to thank him for his significant contributions and strong commitment to Myntro. Our collaboration has been positive, and we part ways in good spirit. The business has a clear strategy, a stable leadership team and remains fully focused on its priorities,” says Henrik Rättzén, Chairman of the Board.

The change does not affect the company’s strategy, financial targets, or day-to day operations.
