Announcing Henrik Rättzén as new Chairman of the Board

We are excited to announce that Henrik Rättzén has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board at Alektum Group. Having served as a Board member since 2023, Henrik is now taking on this leadership role as we work to strengthen our position and guide the company through an exciting new phase.

Following the recent transaction involving TF Bank and Norion, Alektum Group is focused on building a stronger, more dynamic organization with a clear goal of securing an SDR license. With Henrik’s extensive experience as a board professional for companies such as Nordnet, Fjärde AP-fonden, Hedvig, and Freedom Group, along with his executive roles at Codan-Trygg Hansa, Postnord, Carnegie Investment Bank, and SJ, he is well positioned to lead us toward achieving our strategic goals.
